Christmas Painting installed
Sunday, November 23, 2008
This is the third revision of a portrait of my sister. I began this portrait with two modeling sessions in 2005. I then cast the sculpture and pulled another clay from the mold to which I added revisions in a third modeling session. Yesterday I pulled the dry clay portrait from the shelf, glued the cracks, added a base and recast the portrait. These are photos before casting.
